My Roommate

My roommate insists on fighting with me about everything. Petty things, really. I don’t know why she feels the need to do this. She finally made some friends of her own, which is really nice, since I get time to myself. But honestly, she just got in my face about a language course I want to take. I wanted a professor with a specific accent, and she started saying that it wasn’t important, and she doesn’t know why I’m making such a big deal about it. As far as I know, I’m not making a big deal about it, I’m merely looking up classes.
She did it again when I was looking up English classes. I was browsing classes, and remarked that a lot of them were closed. She asked me why I was looking up English classes, since I already took my core required classes, and I told her it was for my major (possibly). She proceeded to freak out about the way I said “for my major” like I was attacking her.
Why can’t we all just get along?!
