my roommate vent

My roommate who handles the comcast bill had been collecting money each month from my other roommate and I, but guess what: she wasn’t paying the full bill with it.

So, we were carrying a balance since December and they finally turned us off. And apparently, my roommate had been warned, multiple times and did/said nothing. (read the rant…)

My Crazy Roommates!!!!!

jeez… i’ve had some CRAZY roommates

my first roommate in college was an 18 year old drunk… it was normal for him to have downed a dozen bottles a day - many more when actually partying. now because i was going to school locally, I’d go home for laundry on the weekends, and one weekend i came back to find my speakers blown out, my answering machine busted from being thrown at the wall, and my dorm fridge dented all to hell acorss the top from a “punching contest” - so i switched rooms with one of his roommates and got… (read the rant…)

without mention

My roommate gave a key to our apartment to her boyfriend without telling me first. When I mentioned it she said it was "okay" because it was the spare key that the landlord gave her. I was like, how in the world are you twisting this into letting your boyfriend come in whenever he wants?!?!

When I suggested that she was breaking the lease because it states that the premises is "shared", she said that she wasnt because it was a "spare key". (read the rant…)

I don’t know what do with with my sloppy roommate - All i ask is for him to clean the kitchen and bathroom

He uses those two rooms the most but seems to act like he don’t know they need cleaned. I’ve ask him 5 times to try to be better and just clean up after himself and he says no problem, but never does. It seems something new everyweek. (read the rant…)

Dirty, violent, drug using, motorcross driving, asshat - I hope you read this asshole

There recently was a thread about awful room-mates, along with pictures. I have my own experience.

In the housing complex i was staying at the units are basically small cottages, made for two room-mates, with a common area and attached kitchen, a small storage closet in the common area containing water pipes leading to Suite A’s bathroom. The two private areas of the suite contained a private bedroom, a sliding glass patio door, and a private bathroom. Sounds idyllic. (read the rant…)
