How can I get my psychotic college roommate evicted?

I am in college and I have a roommate. He has hit me, sold drugs, and is literally drunk and high all the time. It doesn’t bother me that he does drugs or drinks. It’s the way he acts when he’s high or drunk he can’t hold his liquor for shit. He puked on our lazy boy and broke our ps3.
Not to mention he is always annoying my roommates and I and eating all of our food, never buying his own. My other roommates and I have tried to contact the resident assistant but she does nothing about it.
he’s making threats that he’s going to hurt me and my other roommates. This fuck was charged with a felony and expelled from his last college because he poisoned someone. Any tips on what I can do to get him evicted?
Dude, this really sucks.
Contact the University Housing Authority. They will relocate him out by day’s end. He’s too much of a liability for them. If you warned them and he poisons you, they’ll be liable for millions.
Make sure to include any mentions of killing you, or physical violence. That’s all you need.
