CLEARING THROAT

Hello. this is my fourth month living here and listening to this dude clear this throat every 5 minutes..now im wondering after taking all these med classes could he have some mucous problem or some drainage going down in his throat? is this serious and should it be addressed by a doctor?
this guy also hits his snooze button constantly. last saturday he hit it from 7AM to 8:30AM..mother fucking SERIOUSLY 7AM-8:30AM ON SATURDAY. and didnt actually get up until about 9:30am. So …maybe he is having trouble breathing at night because of mucous..or some respiratory problem causing him to get less sleep????
god help me alcohol isnt doing it
