I'm in a very similar situation myself, the way you described her is like she would be a f'k'g twin sister of my roommate. And i can't reason with her as well, she just wont listen cuz her little brain is only thinking how "fabulous" she is! But apart from that she's exceedingly rude, i think i'll buy a gun for self defence, just in case =D Oh .. i know exactly what you’re saying!
