do all roommates suck

me and my bf have a great apt it is in a historic house and has hard wood floors, marble fire places and its just huge. We had to get a roommate to affored the place. Our first room mate was great at the beggining until she turned into a bossy pig who would leave used tamposn in the toilet and the bathroom looking like a murder scene every time of the month. She would eat our food drink our beer and give us crap if we so much as drank one of hers. Eventually she moved out and we had to get a new roommate. It has only been three months and he hasnt paid rent on time and each time the excusess get more retareded. And now he didnt pay rent but expects to stay for free we are kicking him out but i have lost faith in the idea of a roommate we wanted to leave the place but a tinny studio in out town is only 100 dollars less. Now we are thinking about staying here and squaking by with what we earn, or trying for a third roomate.
