I hate my roommate

So my roommate called me during a class today, i couldn’t pick up at the time so i called him back after, this is what was transpired:
Roommate: What do you want?
Me: You called me before, I’m calling you back. What’s up?
Roommate: Yeah, that was before, this is now, it doesn’t even matter.
Me: Yeah, ok….
Roommate: Whatever, peace. [hangs up]
