Last year my girlfriend and I decided to move in with a guy from work. It seemed fine the bills were all going to be split up and everyone was going to contribute. My girlfriend and I brought basically the whole living room (tv, dinner table, coffee tables, entertainment center, lamps, couches, xbox, router, everything) and he spends all of his time in the living room. she is so popular on campus and we're supposed to be best friends, but i feel like im the only one who sees what she really is: psychotic!!! she always talks about how tiny she is and she's not that tiny and then she fishes for compliments by telling people she feels fat (people who are bigger than her!) and thank god i don't have body image issues because if i did she would have driven me to a mental institution by now or i would have a severe eating disorder. she is the most self centered person i know. she's on this special paleolithic diet but i always see her break it. I live with 4 other guys, and only 1 of them doesn't piss me off (we go far back).

Roommate #1: Uses ALL our Internet bandwidth on God knows what, and snores like train (I'm running on about 5 hours sleep almost every night now). In the long run though, he's not a bad guy :)

Roommate #2: I hate doing anything near him because he'll make a competition out of it. (read the rant...)

I am honestly scared for my life to come home to my apartment living with this fucking bitch! She is convinced she is perfect and tries to tell my other roomate how to live her life 24/7, saying rude things to her like "oh you can't get any guys because they are scared of your personality" then tries to make it seem like she's just trying to help. She bosses me and my other roomate around and thinks she owns the apartment. her not-really boyfriend is here 24/7 eating our food and doing his laundry. (read the rant...)

So I moved in with my cosen 6 months ago and in this time he has lost his keys,glasses,gold money clip (that was our grandpa's)2 cell phones, credit card, wallet with 400 dollars cash in it 250 being my rent money i gave him and cant remember a thing. He wakes up 5 days a week with his shoes on under his covers fully clothed at about 2 in the afternoon. the real problem is the countless times he has woken me up by jumping on me asking at 3 in the morning if i am still up, about a week ago i brough a girl home that i just met at a party we were sleeping together my door doesnt lock and he comes in jumpes on the girls back landing his knee on her lower back, she starts crying my roommate leaves with out a word like nothing happend. My roommate has always been a messy person, a quality she inherited from her mother (seriously, you should have seen their house when she was growing up; it was like the hoarders you see on Oprah) so she has no concept of how to pick up after herself and thinks that anyone who likes to have a clean or tidy space is boring and stuck up. Needless to say, I end up having to do all her dishes and if I want a clean apartment, I have to do it, because she sure as hell won't get around to doing it.

Then, on a short-sighted whim, she buys a dog.

Last summer, I moved in with my boyfriend and his Nightmare Roommate. I wasn't on the lease, but I did pay rent/utilities for the (very, very long) month and half I was there.
